As a Senior Security Specialist with a focus on classified policies and procedures, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and compliance of a large-scale military design and construction project. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and security personnel, to ensure that all classified aspects of the project adhere to regulatory standards and safeguard sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security Strategy Development: Develop, refine, and oversee the security strategy for classified aspects of the military design and construction project, aligning policies and procedures with project objectives.
- Classified Information Management: Establish protocols for the proper handling, storage, and transmission of classified information, ensuring adherence to government regulations.
- Security Clearance Coordination: Manage and coordinate the security clearance process for project personnel, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure access to classified areas.
- Physical Security: Design and implement physical security measures to protect classified information and sensitive areas, including access controls, surveillance systems, and secure storage facilities.
- Cybersecurity: Oversee cybersecurity measures to safeguard classified data and systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
