    Security Finance is hiring a Remote Identity and Access Management Analyst!
    As an Identity and Access Management Analyst, you can expect to:
    • Key technical resource for Identify and Access Management (IAM) activities
    • Enables migration of applications, systems, platforms, and services to use IAM services
    • Contributes to the development and maintenance of an IAM strategy, with a roadmap of key deliverables and timelines
    • Contributes to the improvement of processes and training materials for fellow identity and Access Management team members
    • Participates in the development and maintenance of the IAM work flows that manages the provisioning of entitlements to end users
    • Reviews server logs to determine the health of Identify services and products in all environments (development, test and production)
    • Prepares change request documentation in support of updates to the IAM Products deployed
    • Analyzes IAM Performance metrics and creates periodic reports
    • Manages daily operational and strategic activities including queue management of access requests including prioritization, escalation and processing
    • Resolves user requests and incidents, and support end-user communication on training
    • Mentors and provides guidance to other Information Security members
    • Triages incident tickets and participates in the troubleshooting and resolution of access related issues specifically around identities, access, accounts, authentication, entitlements, and permissions

    You could be a great addition as an Identity and Access Management Analyst, if you have:
    • At least 3 years of experience as a Security/Network Administrator or equivalent knowledge
    • Hands-on experience with Active Directory or similar LDAP technologies, database, operating systems and Microsoft Office 365
    • Ability to analyze and interpret data and inform new initiatives or approaches
    • Ability to manage and progress multiple separate projects simultaneously
    • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
    • Ability to embrace change and adjust priorities or processes and approach as needed
    • Ability to take responsibility for success and failure for individual and team projects
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledge of Security principles as it applies to identity & access management
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory administration a plus
    • Knowledge of Use Case methodology to assist in work flow development
    • Knowledge of various security methodologies and processes, and technical security solutions
    • Knowledge of TCP/IP Protocols, network analysis, and network/security applications
    • Knowledge of common Internet protocols and applications
    **Must live in one of the following states: AL, GA, ID, LA, MO, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI.
