What would I be doing?

• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of technology projects, aligning with the company's broader goals
• Enhance and integrate server-side systems using modern languages and frameworks, with potential work on the Odoo ERP platform as needed
• Collaborate on the design and architecture of data solutions, cloud infrastructure management, and the seamless integration of third-party technologies
• Engage in AI/ML project contributions, applying these technologies to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and create new business avenues
• Other duties may be assigned

• System Architecture and Design
  • Objective: Design and architect scalable, secure, and efficient system solutions that support the company's operational and growth objectives
  • Measure: Successful deployment of architectural solutions, improvement in system performance metrics, and user satisfaction rates
• Data Architecture and Management
  • Objective: Design, implement, and maintain effective data management and warehouse solutions that ensure data integrity and accessibility 
  • Measure: Improvements in data processing times, data accuracy rates, and user reports on data usability 
• Innovation and Technology Leadership
  • Objective: Lead the exploration and integration of new technologies, methodologies, and best practices to drive innovation
  • Measure: Number of innovative solutions implemented, percentage increase in efficiency or productivity, and feedback from technology team members

What skills does it take to win?

• Strong desire and history of working hard
• Strong commitment to integrity, doing the right thing regardless of who is watching
• Strong commitment to be teachable, coachable, and a team player
• 3-4 years of experience in modern Object-Oriented Programming environments, with expertise in server-side programming and overall cloud architecture
• Strong proficiency in Python, experience with ERP systems, especially Odoo, is a bonus
• Demonstrated skill in data architecture, managing cloud services, and technology integration
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies, with the ability to contribute to projects involving predictive analytics and process automation
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively under the direction of the CTO
