Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architect opportunity including:

• Licensed Architect and/or Degree in Architecture
• Must have experience with commercial projects
• Proficiency in Revit required
• Develop preliminary concepts, schematic designs, and construction documents for retail projects, including building shells and tenant build-outs
• Verify existing conditions and approve plans
• Review and approve plans from internal and external sources, including tenant space plans and shop drawings
• Coordinate with construction, architectural, and civil engineering teams, providing necessary drawings and information while ensuring compliance with design intent and code requirements
• Commercial and institutional projects

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
