Additionally, Systems Architect establishes, implements, and documents technology integrations or migration strategies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Systems Architect works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. Auria is looking to hire a Senior Systems Architect to join our team and support the Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program here in Colorado Springs, CO, or Huntsville, AL.
Summary:
This position will be the Systems Architect for the Cyber and Platforms (CAP) Agile Release Train (ART) on the Command-and-Control Battle. A successful candidate will conduct analysis, make architectural decisions, and update the C2BMC system architecture in compliance with requirements. They will also review cyber, software, and network designs for compliance and alignment with architecture, generate engineering estimates, and author and perform formal and informal engineering reviews. They will develop program system architecture capability and capacity by mentoring more junior staff.
The candidate must be flexible and can support various tasks on short notice. Work will be performed under the direction of various technical leads and product owners and require interfacing with team members, C2BMC management, and government customers to ensure high-quality products are generated on time and within the available resources.
