Systems Architect is responsible for the architectural design, development, and deployment of an organization's overall IT systems. Designs systems to consider functional requirements, scalability, and security. Being a Systems Architect defines system solutions based on user needs, cost, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms. Researches, identifies, selects, and tests technology products required for solution delivery. Additionally, Systems Architect establishes, implements, and documents technology integrations or migration strategies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Systems Architect works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge.   • We are looking for a Project Architect to join our growing team in the Randleman NC area. You'll manage designs from cradle to grave, maintain detailed records, work with outside contractors and parties involved to achieve clients’ goals, help create standards for clients to follow.

    This is a full-time position in the office in one of the fastest growing companies in North Carolina.

    What you will do as a Project Architect:

    • Design multi-family specialty construction projects.
    • Lead design with clients and engineers.
    • Collaborate with all relevant parties to review the objectives and constraints.
    • Identify risks and analyze potential impact of design and ideas.
    • Create standard designs for clients.
    • Communicates complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences both with and without deep technical skills.
    • Other tasks as assigned.

    What you will need as a Project Architect:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 3 years of experience as an Architect.
    • Multi-family architecture experience is a plus.
    • Experience leading designs from all stages of development.
