JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Training Supervisor and Director of Operations, the EMR Systems Trainer is responsible for successfully implementing and supporting the EMR system by becoming a subject matter expert in the functionality of the electronic medical records and electronic practice management systems. Serve as main point of contact and application subject matter expert for the Physicians, RN’s, MA’s and, Non-clinical Staffs during the implementation process and post implementation process; on site go-live support and post implementation. This position will assist with design, develop of training content and conduct large or small scale trainings to enhance employee skills ensuring proper workflow and system accuracy are met by each employee in the clinics.
