Use expert knowledge of out-of-box Salesforce product suite, including Service, Community Cloud (Experience Cloud), App Cloud, so that requirements are translated with necessary details for the technical team to follow and implement.

Advises regarding customizing and implementing Users, Profiles Role Creation/Maintenance, Sharing Rules, Custom Objects, Custom & Formula Fields, Page Layouts and List Views, Workflows & Approvals, Validation Rules, Dashboards, Reports, Assignment/Auto Response/Escalation, and Process Builder.

Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies throughout the whole life cycle with repeated and demonstrable success.

Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Clouds, as well as the Platform.

Extensive hands-on experience with customizing and implementing Users, Profiles Role Creation/Maintenance, Sharing Rules, Custom Objects, Custom & Formula Fields, Page Layouts and List Views, Workflows & Approvals, Validation Rules, Dashboards, Reports, Assignment/Auto Response/Escalation, and Process Builder.

Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems, a basic understanding of programming logic and constructs, specifically in Salesforce, and their use in software development.
