- Analyze existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement strategic solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Design, administer, and optimize databases, particularly SQL Server, and CRM systems, notably Zoho CRM and Zoho One, supporting essential business functions.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to solution deployment and maintenance, ensuring projects meet business needs.
- Develop comprehensive specification packages that detail end-user needs, solution architecture, and implementation strategies to guide project development.
- Serve as the primary communication link between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively translating and communicating technical solutions to non-technical partners.
- Oversee project planning and execution, including resource allocation and skills identification, ensuring projects are completed successfully and efficiently.
- Create detailed documentation and reports to support clear communication, informed decision-making, and effective project management.
Must-Haves- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience in database administration and CRM management, with strong proficiency in SQL. A solid grasp of the software development lifecycle and program management principles is essential.
- Experience in programming, particularly with .NET and/or C#, and familiarity with software development tools.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting presentations, facilitating meetings, and producing comprehensive reports.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, coordinating effectively with both technical consultants and business stakeholders to deliver targeted technology solutions.
Nice-to-Haves- Experience with code repository tools and practices.
- Advanced knowledge of additional programming languages and software development tools.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with both technical and business consultants in a leading capacity.
Soft Skills- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding documentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
