The Systems Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting team members in ERP implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of our software system. This position requires a combination of technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, troubleshooting, and strong analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- ERP: Provide technical support to end-users and team members on the system's functionalities, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
- Data Management: Assist in data collection, entry, and validation to ensure accurate and up-to-date product and inventory information within the system.
- Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate to generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement.
- Process Optimization: Work to streamline and optimize produce management processes within the system, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Training and Documentation: Assist in training new employees on how to effectively use different systems, and maintain comprehensive documentation for reference and training purposes.
- Vendor Communication: Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of produce-related data into the system.
- System Upgrades and Testing: Assist in the testing of system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.
- Compliance and Security: Maintain a thorough understanding of compliance and security measures related to the systems and support adherence to relevant policies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively within a team environment.
- Computer proficient, in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in data entry and data management, with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new software systems and technologies.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
- Energy to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a produce distribution environment or working with Produce Pro is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
