Job Description:

Apex Systems is looking for a Sourcing Analyst for a client in the Kansas City area. The position would be a contract to hire and the expectation is that the candidate would come onsite 3 days a week.
Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of sourcing experience.
• This position helps the client in managing and controlling the clients technology spend through strategic sourcing, supplier and spend management activities.
• Helps with the processes for Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ) and Requests for Information (RFI).
• Plays a significant role in increasing the deal velocity of the organization (i.e. throughput of negotiations and contracts) while also delivering on spend control initiatives
• Drafting, negotiating and executing contractual documents.
• Experience with intellectual property licensing procurement & structural guidance.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 2-4 years: Experience in a technology sourcing, an engineering role or similar role.
• 2-4 years: Project Management experience in a mid to large size company.
