Systems Capacity Analyst analyzes server data by monitoring information system performance and makes recommendations on the process and utilization. Operates and modifies machine to increase information system capacity. Being a Systems Capacity Analyst recommends hardware acquisitions and evaluates practicability of vendor's proposal. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Systems Capacity Analyst typically reports to a supervisor. To be a Systems Capacity Analyst typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Knowledge-Skills-Abilities:·Must be able to work well under pressure and within time constraints, multi-task, and build sound relationships with both internal and external customers.·Must exhibit excellent communication, analytical, organizational and computer skills.·Must be capable of independently making sound decisions through creative problem-solving and detailed requirements-gathering.·Must be capable of working with ambiguity and change.
