- IT Systems Business Analyst A Day in the Life As an IT Business Analyst you will be a part of the Application Support Team within the global IT department. You will support the maintenance and the deployment of business applications, related to manufacturing and laboratory processes mainly. You will work in a pharma regulated environment and will be the local IT main point of contact for any IT related incident/request. You will work closely with Mozarc Medical global escalation teams and partners, while owning all incidents at a local level. You will have to consult with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes and identify complex business problems and needs turning those needs into system requirements. You will have to provide technical expertise for system functional specifications and deploys new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner. You may have to configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, system, and integration testing to meet business requirements. This role will be mainly based in Italy – possible smart working. Responsibilities may include the following: Work on tasks to develop and/or address process improvements, training, knowledge transfer, reports, and documentation. Ensure that Mozarc Medical systems and the information on them are protected in accordance with best information protection practices. Ensure all IT systems / applications fulfil required software validation needs for a pharma regulated environment. Work independently with end-users and business partners to assess the business customer requirements, match these requirements to objectives and guide them to the applicable processes and products including developing specifications and enhancements that will achieve the customers and business goals. Develop solutions to complex problems, which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives. Manage the expectations of the customer (i.e. balance their needs with wants and educate as appropriate). Create project plans including timelines and milestones and track progress; inspire teamwork and responsibility across project teams; hold teams accountable to schedules, budgets, and scope. Be the main point of contact for all IT incidents and requests. Provide functional knowledge and technical support to the business users and manufacturing. Respond to all incidents and requests raised by business and manufacturing users with the support of the global IT specific teams Must Have: Master Degree in Computing or Engineering Fluency in English (spoken and written) 3-4 Years of experience in an IT department supporting manufacturing in a regulated environment ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation and support experience. Knowledge of IS tools, technologies and concepts Excellent communication skills Self-motivated and proactive Ability to work under minimal supervision
