Pre/Post Processing Technician

Responsibilities

· Record pertinent data and batch information on provided forms

· Receive, inspect, and grind plant material during intake

· Capture quality control (QC) photos and weights, measure moisture content of biomass, and upload to system prior to processing

· Load extraction columns, bringing them into the for processing – upon completion, unload the spent portion and repeat until daily goals are met

· Assist with weighing and labeling all finished product for storage in the vault

· Assist Extraction Tech & Extraction Manager with daily departmental responsibilities

· Execute SOPs as written and assigned

· Provide BioTrack support while ensuring accurate entries of product, biomass, and conversions

· Monitor product status and verify proper tracking of purchased, split, or toll-processed items according to work orders

· Follow proper procedures to dispose of spent plant material and disposal of waste in accordance with SOPs

· Adhere to best practices and SOPs for safe machine operation, chemical handling, and safe food handling

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Experience with automated and/or large-scale manufacturing a plus

· Knowledge of BioTrack and manufacturing conversions

· Strong written and verbal communication

· Ability to understand and follow SOPs

· Detail-oriented and quality-focused disposition

· Willingness and want to learn and grow in the industry

· Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word & Excel/Gmail)

· Valid NM driver’s license and reliable transportation

· Ability to lift up to 50lbs
