Systems Consultant/Engineer (Pre & Post Sales) designs the enablement plans and configuration specifications and performs installation processes to implement integrated hardware and software systems and products purchased by customers. Prototypes and tests proposed solutions for feasibility, reliability, and quality. Being an Systems Consultant/Engineer (Pre & Post Sales) develops program and system specifications to meet customers' technical requirements and guide enablement, configuration, or coding of products and solutions. Provides technical information, requirements, and cost estimates to sales teams to use in proposals, quotes, and statements of work. Additionally, Systems Consultant/Engineer (Pre & Post Sales) creates and maintains documentation to provide customers with a reliable technical resource for product operation and maintenance. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Systems Consultant/Engineer (Pre & Post Sales) work is closely managed. About this unit:
- PACU nursing duties include but are not limited to Procedure preparation and assessment, procedure education, assisting anesthesia with regional blocks, monitoring post-operation vital signs, assessing levels of consciousness, careful observation of patients for any side effects from anesthesia, collaborating with the medical team on post-operative patient care and facilitating timely specialized interventions, post-procedure education, and discharge.
- Critical care experience preferred.

La Porte is a 227-bed hospital providing acute care with strong programs in cardiology, orthopedics, surgical services, emergency care, oncology and maternal health. As of October 2020, our new and improved La Porte location opened. This location features the latest technology for our staff and providers. Our hospital is La Porte’s only stroke center and nationally accredited chest pain center.

Education:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) required, BSN preferred.
Licensure & Certification:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana.
- BLS certification must be maintained while in this position
- ACLS certification within 12 months of hire, must be maintained while in this position
Experience:
- 1 year of hospital experience preferred
