Automotive Product Specialist 

At McGeorge Certified Sales Center, sales are booming, and we are hiring now for Automotive Product Specialists to keep up with customer demand!

We are looking for Sales Professionals who want to grow their career through integrity, hard work, and determination. Prior automotive sales experience is not necessary. Great salespeople come from different backgrounds: industrial or manufacturing sales, general sales, retail sales, or insurance sales to name a few. If you have the right attributes - WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATES!

Qualifications:

• Availability to work a rotating schedule between the hours of 8:30am and 8:00pm
• Availability to work Saturday’s and 1 rotating Sunday  
• Clear and Valid Driver's License
• Technologically Savvy
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• Professional & Well-groomed personal appearance
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle using a consultative sales approach, listening to responses
• Be the vehicle expert.  Know the product offerings, features & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of Pre-Owned vehicles
• Able to provide exceptional customer experience to create memorable experiences
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure repeat/referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
• Self-motivated & Detail-orientated
