Systems Consultant/Engineer (Pre & Post Sales) designs the enablement plans and configuration specifications and performs installation processes to implement integrated hardware and software systems and products purchased by customers. Prototypes and tests proposed solutions for feasibility, reliability, and quality. Being an Systems Consultant/Engineer (Pre & Post Sales) develops program and system specifications to meet customers' technical requirements and guide enablement, configuration, or coding of products and solutions. Provides technical information, requirements, and cost estimates to sales teams to use in proposals, quotes, and statements of work. Additionally, Systems Consultant/Engineer (Pre & Post Sales) creates and maintains documentation to provide customers with a reliable technical resource for product operation and maintenance. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Systems Consultant/Engineer (Pre & Post Sales) work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be an Systems Consultant/Engineer (Pre & Post Sales) typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. HEP Sales is currently seeking full-time Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Waterloo.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performance of all Distribution Center functions to include, but not limited to: Shipping/Receiving, Freight claims, return good, warranty claims, and preparation of paperwork.
Qualifications/Experience:
· High school diploma or GED required
· Experience working in a distribution center required
· Receiving, freight damage claims experience a plus
· Forklift experience helpful. Will train.
· Computer skills required
· Demonstrated attention to detail
· Team oriented
· Demonstrated strong work ethic
· Excellent attendance record
