Systems Consultant/Engineering Director oversees the design of enablement plans and configuration specifications and installation operations to implement integrated hardware and software systems and products purchased by customers. Develops standard processes and methodologies to prototype and test proposed solutions for feasibility, reliability, and quality. Being an Systems Consultant/Engineering Director directs the development of program and system specifications to meet customers' technical requirements and guide the enablement, configuration, or coding of products and solutions. Ensures the delivery of technical information, documentation, requirements, and cost estimates to sales teams to use in proposals, quotes, and statements of work meet sales cycle and project timeline requirements. Additionally, Systems Consultant/Engineering Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Systems Consultant/Engineering Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Systems Consultant/Engineering Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Continuous Improvement to lead our efforts in optimizing operational processes and driving efficiency across our organization.     Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Lead cross-functional teams in identifying process improvement opportunities, conducting Kaizens, root cause analyses, and developing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by providing training, coaching, and guidance to employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure progress and success of improvement initiatives.
    • Own process improvements funnel and execution.
    • Collaborate with departmental leaders to streamline workflows, eliminate waste, and optimize resource utilization.
    • Act as a change agent, fostering a mindset of innovation and continuous learning throughout the organization.
    • Partner with IT and technology teams to leverage automation and digital tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
    • Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
    • Willingness to travel to multiple locations as needed.


    Experience and Skills:

    Skills/Abilities:

    • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, delivering measurable results in process efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive change at both the tactical and strategic levels.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams across the organization.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Certification in Lean Principles and/or Six Sigma (e.g., Black Belt or Master Black Belt) highly desirable.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or related field, preferably in a multi-location environment.
