Systems Consultant/Engineering Director oversees the design of enablement plans and configuration specifications and installation operations to implement integrated hardware and software systems and products purchased by customers. Develops standard processes and methodologies to prototype and test proposed solutions for feasibility, reliability, and quality. Being an Systems Consultant/Engineering Director directs the development of program and system specifications to meet customers' technical requirements and guide the enablement, configuration, or coding of products and solutions. Ensures the delivery of technical information, documentation, requirements, and cost estimates to sales teams to use in proposals, quotes, and statements of work meet sales cycle and project timeline requirements. Additionally, Systems Consultant/Engineering Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Systems Consultant/Engineering Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Systems Consultant/Engineering Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     We are excited to announce a new role for a Director of Finance. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the overall vision and direction of the Finance and Accounting functions for a portfolio of growing small to medium-size companies.

    The right person will be equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves or operating at the executive level. This requires strong communication skills and an eye for detail. The role reports to the CEO and is a member of the Leadership Team.

    What you’ll do:
    • Perform regular financial analysis. Direct financial reviews to understand performance and initiate/support appropriate actions to reduce financial variances to meet objectives.
    • Oversee the financial strategic planning of the company by evaluating its performance and potential risks.
    • Collaborates with the executives and directors to create budgets and track key performance indicators.
    • Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across the organization.
    • Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets.
    • Prepare detailed reports on the company’s financial performance.
    • Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity.
    What you’ll need:
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field.
    • A minimum of 5 years experience in financial management with proven experience as a director of finance or similar role.
    • Outstanding leadership, performance management, and talent development skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of corporate principals and financial analysis.
    • An analytical mind with strategic thought, ability, and organizational skills.
    • Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
    • In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
    • Proficient in the use of MS Office and QuickBooks.
