Systems Consultant/Engineering Manager oversees the design of enablement plans and configuration specifications and installation operations to implement integrated hardware and software systems and products purchased by customers. Develops standard processes and methodologies to prototype and test proposed solutions for feasibility, reliability, and quality. Being an Systems Consultant/Engineering Manager directs the development of program and system specifications to meet customers' technical requirements and guide the enablement, configuration, or coding of products and solutions. Ensures the delivery of technical information, documentation, requirements, and cost estimates to sales teams to use in proposals, quotes, and statements of work meet sales cycle and project timeline requirements. Additionally, Systems Consultant/Engineering Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Systems Consultant/Engineering Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Systems Consultant/Engineering Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. IT Hardware Manager, Rochester, NH
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the role of IT Hardware Manager. This critical position will work closely with the executive leadership team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and growth of the organization. The IT Hardware Manager will be responsible for a wide range of functions, including analytical planning and driving executive initiatives, particularly within the context of IT Hardware Management. This is a 100% Onsite position and NOT Remote.
IT Hardware Manager Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner to the CTO:
- Work closely with the CTO to execute the company's strategic initiatives, aligning these efforts with the overall vision and goals of the organization.
- Provide analysis of data from the production floor and sales transactions to drive initiatives.
Organizational Optimization:
- Assess current processes and identify areas for improvement and streamlining.
- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the company.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data related to IT Asset Management to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the executive team to support decision-making.
IT Hardware Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Proven experience in an analytical role, with a track record of managing complex projects and initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build effective working relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and self-directed with a results-oriented mindset.
