- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field and system engineering development experience (design, planning, testing, etc...), or minimum 3 years with Master’s degree.
- Experience: 4 years of experience of fundamental systems engineering of lifecycle processes and practice of hardware/software intensive systems in the following systems engineering disciplines: requirements analysis and management, system design and/or system integration and test.
- US Citizenship: must be capable of obtaining and maintaining US Department of Defense secret security clearance.
- Skills:
- Experience in two or more of the following systems engineering disciplines: requirements analysis and management, system design, and/or system integration and testing.
- Experience with bug tracking tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred-Not required):

- Experience working with virtual simulators.
- Leadership of teams and/or projects
- Requirements Management tool (e.g., DOORS or Team Foundation Server)
- Software configuration management tool (e.g., Subversion or Team Foundation Server)
- Experience in a CMMI Level 3 organization.
