Systems Engineering Manager manages daily operations in the department responsible for the planning and engineering of an organization's systems infrastructure. Ensures that hardware and/or software are designed and installed in a manner that meets the needs of the organization. Being a Systems Engineering Manager monitors systems performance and provides recommendations as required. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Oversee the inventory levels of the business. Supervise and coordinate tasks of team members in specific production activities. Delegate production tasks of assigned products to team members, review hours and time cards, oversee, supervise and approve work and promote a safe working environment. Review assigned jobs for most effective way to manufacture and maintain schedule as required by shipping due date. Record data daily to formulate matrixes and analytical reports for aging, current and forecasted inventory for senior management. Manage the EPR system, work in progress and daily activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must have min 7 years of experience in similar role
2. Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar
3. APICS certification a plus
4. Understanding of ERP system and forecasting
5. Verbal and written communication skills
6. Leadership and management skills
7. Experience conducting tracking and data analysis
8. Ability to plan and organize the activities of others
9. Ability to evaluate performance of subordinates
10. Ability to establish performance standards and monitor them
