Inventory Analyst

The ideal candidate should should have a

• Minimum 4 years related experience including good working knowledge of equipment controls (Siemens S7) electrical process equipment, Durr robotics controls and paint shop processes
• Must have an effective background in safety and leadership
• Engineering/Maintenance – plastics painting/machinery manufacturing/process technology/electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic troubleshooting

Main Duties

• Coordination with Production department to assist in departmental deliverables: throughput, quality, and safety.
• Ensure preventative maintenance of equipment is effective and relevant to production requirements through PM audits – update and modify PM system as required
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex equipment failures – assist paint maintenance technicians in developing troubleshooting methods/techniques and understanding of equipment 
• Repair all paint plant machinery and review working machinery for improvement opportunities – specify component selection
• Record machine maintenance information – analyze data and develop improvement plans 
• Robot HMI/teach pendant troubleshooting and programming 
• SAP maintenance specific management software 
• Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
