Description

This position is for an Information Systems Supervisor in the Field Services South Branch. The branch is in the Division of Field Services within the Office of Client Support Services.

The Information Systems Supervisor is responsible for providing technical direction and support to staff by analyzing specific computer communication requirements.

Job duties for this position includes:

• Provide technical direction and support to staff.
• Act as a liaison between customers and other COT teams.
• Monitor service desk tickets to ensure timely response and resolution.
• Submit recommendations to workgroups and teams pertaining to technology efforts.
• Asset Reporting and accounting measures.
• Writes and publishes technical, process and user documentation.
