The Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of manufacturing engineers and providing technical solutions to a wide range of complex and difficult problems.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervise a team of Manufacturing/Test Engineers.
• Be accountable for all Manufacturing Engineering and Test support which includes electrical/mechanical/acoustic test, design manufacturing producibility, tooling, work instruction development and manufacturing floor/system integration lab support.
• Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformance relating to product, process & systems.
• Train employees and champion training of manufacturing engineering personnel on new processes.
• Routinely meet with systems test and engineering Executive Leadership, to build strong relationships, and advise and discuss program strategies and execution plans.
• Determine and develop staffing profiles and schedules to meet program requirements.
• Implement process changes on existing equipment and assist with the development and installation of production expansion equipment in the assembly.
• Ability to multitask, manage projects and build cohesive teams in order to meet targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

• BSEE/BSME from accredited college or university is required.
• MRP/ERP experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an engineering leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• SolidWorks experience.
• Good mechanical/electrical technical skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Understanding of Engineering, Tooling, Production, Program Management and Government Subcontracts processes.
• Experienced in dynamic environments where there may be schedule changes, design changes and validation failures.
• U.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government issued security clearance is required.

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $150,000 Considerations when extending an offer may include the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
