• Permanent position for a Manufacturing Systems Implementation Engineer to integrate manufacturing specifications and quality inspection processes to significantly reduce the need for written data collection and analytics.
• Work with a team of manufacturing engineers on cutting-edge technologies designed to revolutionize wearable health care.
• Implement an AEGIS Factorylogix MES system with company’s manufacturing processes and operations, resulting in an effective and regulatory compliant paperless process.
• Test, troubleshoot, and maintain Factorylogix MES and support Manufacturing team on its use.
• Monitor system performance, address technical issues, and implement upgrades or modifications when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Author documents to aid in the MES implementation process.
• Optimize usability and resolve any issues with MES by collaborating with engineering and IT teams and software vendor.
• Ensure the seamless integration of the MES system with other business systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Develop analytics for operational data collected from various sources such as machines, equipment, and sensors to enhance the production process and optimize operation.

• BS Engineering or Information Systems
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with information management systems implementation and maintenance.
• Experience with implementation and integration of Manufacturing Execution Systems with ERP and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Knowledge in industrial automation and manufacturing IT.
• Extensive experience with production processes, SMT and Batch Processing.
• Ability to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
• Experience with implementation of AEGIS FactoryLogix and NetSuite or other MES software and validation of the integration process.
• Experience working in a GMP/GDP environment.
