Full life cycle recruiting that includes meeting with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, build an effective recruiting strategy, and set/manage clear process and delivery expectations
Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, customer obsessed recruitment experience to all stakeholders
Act as trusted partner, consultant, and advisor to hiring managers, HR Managers and HR Business Partners by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market
Demonstrate all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Manage overall data integrity within the applicant tracking system
Qualifications
You are currently based and eligible to work in the Bloomfield Hills area
5 years of previous experience in recruitment (combination of agency and in house is a plus)
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management or another relevant field

Must be able to handle a req load of 15-25 openings
Experience with Engineering recruiting (Automotive industry experience is a big plus including OEM)
Ability to translate business/organizational needs as they relate to recruiting lifecycle
