The position is remote, but the candidate must reside in the U.S. and be able to work core hours of 9am – 5pm Eastern Standard Time hours. The ideal candidate will become part of EGT’s Datacenter Consolidation and Cloud Optimization (DCCO) program providing Tier 3 support to the DHS Homeland Advanced Recognition Technology (HART) biometric system. The Tier 3 team maintains the HART infrastructure by installing and configuring system software and hardware, monitoring system performance, resolving customer tickets within JIRA and Service Now, and supporting system incident troubleshooting calls. Tier 3 members closely interact with the government customer to achieve system objectives, provide ticket updates, and system status updates. Tier 3 members are expected to be on-call for a week at a time approximately 4 – 6 times a year.
LOCATION: Remote (but must reside and perform all work within the United States)
WORK HOURS: 40-hour work week with core hours from 9 am to 3 am Eastern time
