Regularly interface with end users to understand necessary product requirements and price levels. Ability to build and implement go-to-market marketing and pricing strategies. Perform complex tasks typically following established processes. Lead and direct the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions. Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures; may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change. Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical, software, or mechanical engineering and at least 6 years of experience.
