This opportunity is for a specialty chemical manufacturer of chemical intermediates, additives, specialty chemicals with twenty worldwide plants. This person will report to the Plant manager and oversee six chemical engineers who support three El Dorado PSM regulated processing units totaling 500 people using reactors, distillation columns, crystallizers, mixers, filters, and dryers. This group will optimize plant processes which will include process simulation, developing control strategy, loop tuning, energy analysis, and performing data analysis. This group also completes design of plant projects. This site has a full contingency of production engineers, electrical engineers, and reliability engineers. This position offers a bonus, with stock options.
