    Holtec International, a turnkey supplier of technologies for the worldwide nuclear power industry is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of IT Systems Engineering to lead our Systems Engineering team.  The position will be based our of our Camden, NJ office.

    This individual will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of high-performance and highly available 3-tier enterprise applications and Cloud Applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Enterprise Windows and Linux servers, Cloud PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS solutions, and have in-depth knowledge of 3-tier system architecture.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the planning, design, and implementation of enterprise IT systems, including server infrastructure, storage systems, cloud services, and application platforms.
    • Manage the performance and availability of 3-tier enterprise applications and cloud applications, ensuring high scalability and reliability.
    • Develop and implement cyber security best practices and frameworks, including OWASP and NIST 800-171, to safeguard all systems and data.
    • Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, providing expert-level support as needed.
    • Design scalable hardware and software solutions, including experience with VMware, KVM, and container configuration/management.
    • Oversee the management of SAN and storage subsystems, both cloud-based and on-premises enterprise solutions.
    • Extensive experience with architecting and implementing Azure IaaS and PaaS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Azure AD and Enterprise Active Directory.
    • Implement and manage enterprise service availability, monitoring, and alerting systems, with experience in ManageEngine OpManager/App Manager preferred.
    • Significant experience with automation and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Perl, Python, and configuration management tools like Ansible and Puppet.
    • Proficiency in Azure IaaS, PaaS architecture, and implementation, along with Azure AD and Enterprise Active Directory.
    • Experience with enterprise service availability management, performance monitoring, and synthetic testing solutions.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.


    Qualifications:
    • 8 years of experience in a senior Systems Engineering or Systems Architect role, with proven expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Deep understanding of 3-tier system architecture and experience with designing and managing enterprise applications and cloud applications.
