Ability to work with customers, sales, applications, and design engineering to deliver customer expectations. Regularly interface with end users to understand necessary product requirements and price levels. Ability to build and implement go-to-market marketing and pricing strategies. Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.) Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies, and procedures. In-person requirement to foster collaboration between local functional groups What You’ll Need to Excel in This Role Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles. Perform complex tasks typically following established processes. Lead and direct the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions. Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures; may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change. Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical, software, or mechanical engineering and at least 6 years of experience.
