Work Location
This position can be based at any one of our outpatient facilities in Bellefonte, Brookville, Clarion, Clearfield, Coalport, DuBois, Huntingdon, Philipsburg, Punxsutawney, Roaring Spring, St. Marys, or Yeagertown, Pennsylvania.
Hours
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Qualifications

Associate degree in a related field plus experience with systems and software.

Knowledge of computer software programs including, but not limited to: Microsoft Windows 10 and 11; Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook); Remote support software, Database Information Management, EHR Database Software, and SQL.

Knowledge of hardware including, but not limited to: workstations, laptops, tablet pc’s, iPads, printers, scanners, network copiers, video equipment, audio systems, projectors.

Knowledge of: use of remote support software and techniques for explaining technical concepts and procedures to non-technical users.

Prefer prior knowledge of Credible software application.

Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
Responsibilities
-
Maintain accuracy of electronic health record (EHR) platform.
-
Acts as the point of contact with EHR for software related issues.
-
Identify and openly communicate EHR software issues/errors/bugs and or/inefficiencies to EHR provider and offer software recommendations as appropriate.

Check on the status of opened tickets and uses effective follow-up methods to check on escalated EHR tickets.

Maintain up-to-date EHR user accounts (passwords, create/terminate, security, teams, etc.).

Build forms/templates as needed.

Track hardware within the Mental Health Division.

Update software as needed on computer devices.

Complete maintenance and tests Tele psych laptops prior to scheduled Tele psych appointments.

Monitor HIPAA compliance within software.
-
Run software QA reports and openly communicate with pertinent staff of deficiencies.

Troubleshoot problems with software and makes repairs and corrections where required.

Address technical issues that occur.

Notify supervisor of system inaccuracies and procedural deficits.

Present recommendations for change within EHR to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Make approved system changes to EHR upon approval.

Act as a centralized help desk to facilitate exchange of information and advice regarding software issues.

Support new staff with account setups.

Provide EHR training/ technical assistance to staff.

Coach staff to learn software programs and new technology.

Connect psychiatric program equipment (i.e. EHR, Dragon, tele psych equipment) to ensure it is effectively working prior to psychiatric appointments.

Visit's branch sites as needed for software support.

Participates in monthly ongoing reflective supervision
