Job Description:

Apex Systems is currently hiring QC Lab Technicians in Fort Worth, TX. If interested, please apply as we can discuss the position.

Primary responsibility will include one or more of the following processes to support the Daimler Truck Financial Services portfolio: Managing incoming and outgoing department mail, filling for and/or perfecting titles, completing State-to-State title transfers and/or Lease to Retail title transfers. In addition, the person may be responsible for completing title corrections, follow for title deficiencies and manage title vendor exceptions reports while providing support to internal and external customers via phone (inbound or outbound calls) or email to resolve title exceptions.
Candidate must a have minimum high school diploma or equivalent with 1-year experience in a similar capacity.
Previous titles experience preferred
Commercial vehicle finance experience preferred
Versatile (able to work several processes)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Independent thinker
Ability to complete research
