Qualification:

• Minimum two years of experience in an IT role involving technical knowledge.

• 3-year degree from community college.

• Experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Linux.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Team Player, self-motivated, and keen attention to detail

Job Description:

• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.

• IT Network includes Firewalls, Network Managed/UnManaged Switches, DMZ Network, Wifi Devices, VPN, etc.

• Physical server management of Windows Servers Includes management of DC / Active Directory, DNS, etc.

• Experience maintaining Hyper V servers is a must.

• Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.

• Maintaining Network Cameras, Recording, etc.

• Updating and running antivirus software on server / Client Machines.

• Knowledge of Linux v22.04 would be an added advantage.

• Support efforts, making sure all Manufacturing Plant Desktop, Laptop, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.

• Knowledge of Office365 management and migration is desired.
