Description
SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant, under the direct supervision of the Regional Director or assigned Regional Leadership and the indirect supervision of the State Leadership is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical functions in order to provide administrative support for the regional office staff and visitors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Set-up interviews, check references and interview packets.

Prepare and process new hire packets, training schedules and orientation materials.

Set-up new accounts, process administrative updates, maintain employee files in office
-
Manage summer TDT funds.

Log on Spreadsheets & Relias: External trainings, CPR/First Aid training, update auto insurance verification, driver’s license, evaluations & CANS.

Process written assessments, authorizations, reviews, case management letters and treatment plans on tracking spreadsheet.

Submit and track all initial and continued stay authorizations/SRA requests from insurance provider/MCO, making necessary calls to insurance providers to discuss authorizations and resolve billing/payment issues. Notify Coordinators and Billing Dept.

Check client eligibility monthly for current clients & as needed for new clients.

Prepare and process transportation logs for summer program.

Process payroll tasks on a bi-weekly basis and reconciliation tasks.

Creating WPNs within billing program.
- Attend required monthly admin calls, clear calls, and other scheduled calls

Monitor office for HIPAA/PHI Compliance and secure documents

Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 3 years’ experience of office administration, medical records or related field. Proof of education, references and background check will be required prior to employment.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Associate Degree in a related field

Behavioral Health experience
