IT support & administration. This position reports to the IT Systems Manager & will work closely with systems administrators, engineers, and security personnel. Excellent opportunity to expand skills & gain experience in a variety of IT systems administration, infrastructure, networking & security related areas.
Service Delivery: This person will serve as a direct point of contact for internal Information Systems customers and respond to end-user requests & needs, with the primary focus being customer service & Level 1-2 problem resolution. This person will gather all relevant technical information necessary to resolve issues & respond to user questions/inquiries in a timely, accurate, & professional manner. This person will proactively communicate with end-users regarding the progress of the resolution, keeping ownership throughout the progress & working to ensure customer satisfaction. Documents & escalates support requests to other department staff & Network Administrator as needed.
Administration: Assist the Network Administrator in maintaining the IT systems for Verified Credentials. This includes user endpoints (workstations, laptops, phones, desktop software, etc.), printers/scanners, Active Directory user account administration, antivirus tools, MS Exchange, Outlook and the O365 software suite.
