Your Role: A Keystone in Our IT and Cybersecurity Operations Joining our IT and Cybersecurity team, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and safeguarding OLI’s IT infrastructure but also in innovating through the integration of AI into our automation projects. Reporting to the IT Manager, your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of tasks ranging from IT administration to implementing cutting-edge cybersecurity measures and assisting with automation, AI and Power BI projects.

You will be instrumental in ensuring the robustness of our IT framework and cybersecurity policies, as well as driving forward our automation and Power BI initiatives.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage OLI’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures, proactively identifying potential risks and safeguarding against threats.
• Collaborate on automation projects, leveraging AI to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Power BI solutions, incorporating AI to improve data analysis and reporting.
• Provide IT support to team members, tackling technical challenges and aiding in upskilling efforts.
• Stay abreast of the latest in IT, cybersecurity, and AI, applying cutting-edge practices to OLI’s operational strategies.

Requirements: Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT administration and cybersecurity.
• Scripting experience in mixed OS environments.
• Familiarity with automation tools and Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Must be able to work in Parsippany, NJ.
