Job Summary:

ICS is expanding our Professional Services staff at Integrated Clinical Systems, Inc. (ICS). We are looking for ‘JReview Software Support Analysts’ to work with our customers to help them more effectively utilize JReview® by providing consulting, training and technical support to our customers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Utilize JReview on a daily basis to assist our customers with JReview object development, training, and technical support.

Expected travel: 20-40%

Qualifications and Skills:

Required Experience

• 2 to 5 years’ experience in the pharma industry/clinical research – reviewing clinical data (either as a clinical data manager or CRA) using JReview. Knowledge of SQL with Oracle and/or SQLServer database experience.
• JReview experience

Optional experience

• SAS programming experience
• SQL programming experience
• Clinical Safety Reporting
