Systems Support Assistant assists in the installation, maintenance, and general support of systems. Assists users with questions or problems. Support the Distribution Systems and Operations Support teams.
Produce corporate productivity reports, inventory audit reports, and other administrative reports as required. Maintain WMS priority project list and track follow-up forms. Maintain files for distribution systems contracts and invoices.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date DC productivity and LMS reports.
Review the inventory audit reports on a daily basis for any inventory discrepancies then follow up with DCs to obtain explanations for these discrepancies and produce inventory audit reports.
Process outbound accuracy corrections submitted by the DCs.
Perform periodic reviews of RF unit inventory and repair status to ensure that the RF unit inventory is accurate.
Create purchase orders and code invoices, as required, for RF and Vocollect equipment, accessories, and maintenance.
Reconcile quarterly RF support invoices with the maintenance contract.
Maintain the Task Force Priority Projects spreadsheet. This includes the annual ranking of projects and monthly updates from DC Operations, Task Force Leaders, and I.S. Maintain follow-up forms as projects are implemented.
Assist with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and maintaining calendars for the Distribution Systems and Support teams.
Provide administrative support as needed within the distribution operations department team to help with the overall department workload and phone coverage.
Produce other reports, as needed, to support distribution operations.
Code credit card statements for the Distribution Systems and Support teams.
Maintain organized files.
Assist other members of the distribution department as needed.
All other duties as assigned.
SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work well in a team environment
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with limited supervision
Must be able to multitask
2 years’ experience in warehouse operations or similar clerical position
Advanced knowledge of excel
