Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full range of IT activities in a multi-site company environment, including and not limited to IT infrastructure, network, computers, EMR, databases, software applications, help desk/end-user support, security, communication systems.
• Ensure that IT technology, solutions, and initiatives are fully integrated with business objectives, strategies, and priorities.
• Collaborate with leadership team and key business process owners to drive business process improvement, cost efficiencies and use of more actionable data in decision making.
• Direct EMR system project management, deployment, support management, and enhancements.
• Work directly with staff on any IT related issues that might arise.
• Install, upgrade or repair a variety of PC’s laptops and tablets.
• Manage Office 365 applications. One drive, Teams, Exchange, Azure, Intune and MFA.
• Manage onsite Domain Controller. Active Directory, file share, backups, storage, DNS and Group Policy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3 years IT Leadership experience and managing technology required.
• Work experience with Health Care facility and Hipaa Compliances preferred.
• Strong leadership skills. Highly collaborative relationship building skills with internal and external people. Capable of working with all levels of employees in the entire organization.
• Familiar with Active Directory, Office 365 Admin portal, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Azure, Antivirus, Firewalls, Layer 3 switching and routing, Security systems, Card Access systems, Wireless networks, Vlans, PBX system.
• Ability to work with multiple vendors for issues. ISP vendors, Billing software vendor for reporting and issues, EMR software issues, PBX system issues.
