Systems Support Assistant assists in the installation, maintenance, and general support of systems. Assists users with questions or problems. Being a Systems Support Assistant may help perform system backups and recovery and install new software. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Our Systems Support Specialist provides a variety of administrative and technical services to company employees as they navigate the various programs, apps, software platforms and computer functions. Such services include but are not limited to: managing access and permissions in Point of Sale and inventory management systems, assisting with various technical issues, reviewing and analyzing data to solve problems, issuing company-owned devices to employees, assisting with employee onboarding, etc.
Must be willing to travel approximately 50% of the time to multiple worksites; primary headquarters will be in Concord, CA
Work Schedule: Varies based on needs of the business. Typically, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with occasional evening or weekend work for special projects.
Pay: $22.00-$25.00/hour depending on experience
