Systems Support Assistant, Sr. jobs in Detroit, MI

FOOD SERVICE ASSISTANT - High School Diploma, G.E.D., or six (6) months to one (1) year of previous work experience in a food service or cash handling setting preferred. Able to read, write, speak English and follow oral and written instructions. Personal computer and data entry skills are preferred.

ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES - High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred. Custodial experience preferred.  Must be able to interact directly with patient population, job requires high visibility. Must exhibit consistently a high level of customer service and 'Patients First' sensibility.

PATIENT TRANSPORTATION PARTNER - High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience preferred. Possess excellent organizational skills, interpersonal and customer service skills. Must be able to communicate effectively in person as well as over the telephone. Must maintain confidentiality of patient and unit-care data per HIPAA regulations. After initial training must be able to consistently demonstrate proper lifting techniques. Must be able to pass all HFHS pre-employment requirements. After initial training, must be able to comprehend and utilize technology associated with transport management software. This includes processing work requests through HFHS issued technology.
