POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for hosting and maintaining an entertaining atmosphere for guests while supervising the Table Games Dealers according to the game rules of the particular game being played. Responsible for the overall conduct of the games according to the standard operating procedures set forth by the department and monitors the tables at all times to protect the profitability of their games.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for supervising and enforcing the table games in accordance with gaming standard operating procedures to and the compliance with all requirements to include Federal currency and financial reporting and the National Indian Gaming Commission’s Minimum Internal Control Standards.
Ensures Table Games Dealers are at designated shift in full uniform, professionally presentable, and ready to perform.
Ensures Table Games Dealers arrive at designated work station and/or relieve Table Games Dealers as directed by Table Games Leadership on time.
Knowledgeable of Rewards Club benefits, property amenities & marketing programs and advocates and sells this information to guests.
Demonstrates eye contact with guests to encourage play and projects positive body language while at all times.
Greets all guests immediately with a polite, friendly and sincere welcome, offering to collect guests’ Rewards Club cards or complimentary enrollment into Rewards Club, using guests’ names when able.
Prepare the accurate rating of guests’ gaming activity.
Accurately prepare required documentation and reports.
Remains calm and attentive, demonstrating professional behavior at all times towards guests and co-workers.
Provide documentation to Table Games Shift Supervisor regarding commendations, disciplinary action and/or attendance of Table Games Dealers.
Continually develop, coach and evaluate Table Games Dealers.
Assists with overall maintenance of the organization’s physical assets and equipment.

EDUCATION:
High school graduate, GED or equivalent required.
Associates Degree (two years college or technical) or greater preferred.
TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Six months dealing experience with the ability to learn and deal all games proficiently, including poker.
Six months Dual Rate Dealer experience required.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Must be 18 or older.
