SCOPE OF POSITION:
The Table Games Supervisor is responsible for the efficient and successful operation of the Table Games in accordance with Comanche Nation Entertainment operating procedures. The Table Games Supervisor’s performance is necessary for the casino to reach its full potential in providing a superior entertainment experience for its guests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following are major duties and are not intended to be all-inclusive.
Coordinates and communicates the policies and procedures to the Table Games personnel.
Responsible for the protection of the bankroll, the playing public, and the casino’s integrity.
Supervises the Table Games Dealers and ensures that they apply the federal currency reporting requirements. Trains Table Games Dealers; plans, assigns, and directs their work. Performs evaluation for Table Games Dealers' performance.
Monitors the performance of the department’s employees, ensuring adherence to casino policies and procedures.
Handles problems or complaints from guests and employees promptly.
Fosters and maintains a positive attitude towards Comanche Nation Team Members and Guests.
Attends Departmental and Casino training as directed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
The Table Games Supervisor regularly interacts with guests. The Table Games Supervisor is required to walk, and stand. The Table Games Supervisor is required to use hands, arms, and wrists repetitively. Specific vision abilities required by this job include hand-eye coordination, and close vision.
The Table Games Supervisor will regularly be required to remain stationary for 50 percent or more of their shift.
Work is performed throughout all areas of the facility where there may be flashing lights and the noise levels vary from quiet to loud depending on the time of day, the specific location and the amount of business. The Table Games Supervisor must be able and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and in a smoke-filled environment. The workplace is also under constant surveillance both inside and outside the facility.
The Table Games Supervisor may be exposed to the risks associated in attempting to resolve contentious issues with guests or Team Members.
