Table Games Floor Supervisor jobs in Lima, OH

The schedule below showcases a 40-hour work week. We are currently working 45 hours until the last week of May. The additional overtime is scheduled on Fridays for Shift A and Thursday for Shift B.

Shift A: (40-hour schedule below.)

Monday – Thursday | 6:30 am – 4:00 pm

Friday | 6:30 am – 10:30am

Shift B: (40-hour schedule below.)

Sunday – Wednesday | 9:30 pm – 6:30 am

Thursday | 9:30 pm – 1:30 am

Additional Responsibilities / Duties:

• Setting up metalworking equipment including drill presses, flame cutters(plasma/laser).
• Checking designs specifications before commencing with cutting work.
• Familiarity with sheet metal flat patterns preferred.
• Possess some knowledge of and ability to identify fabrication industry metals.
• Performing quality checks on completed products.
• Assist the Fabrication Coordinator in setting up a daily schedule.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary.
• Assist with warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling.
• Assemble and disassemble equipment and structures as needed.
• Apply basic math skills to measure and calculate material quantities.
• Emphasize good habits such as cleanliness, organization, and keeping a clear list of items to stay busy.

Required Skills / Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
• Some drawing and reading comprehension skills.
• Experience operating power tools, miscellaneous hand tools, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Warehouse experience, including inventory management and material handling procedures.
• Basic math skills to accurately measure materials and calculate quantities.
• Ability to lift and manipulate large metal objects.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Physical Requirements:

• This position may require standing for long periods of time, frequent walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, and twisting.
• Constant cervical flexion, the chin to chest movement.
• Frequent forward and lateral reach may be required, as well as frequent grasping, handling, and pinching.
