    Rapport Therapeutics is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Lead to join their Boston Site. Your role would be to recruit top talent as we grow, build a scalable recruiting operational foundation, work with our Office Manager to onboard new hires, ensure our candidates and employees have an excellent experience and partner closely with the business on talent and recruitment strategies. This is a hands-on role that needs to flex from recruiting for all requisitions across the business to strengthening the recruiting systems/processes.

    This role requires excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively at all levels of the organization, a strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle, the careful handling of confidential information with discretion and maturity, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

    Recruiting Responsibilities

    • Partner with hiring managers to finalize specifics of role scope, job description, search timeline, interview sequence, and other elements of a given search.
    • Maximize the employer brand framework to attract the best talent, developing a strategic sourcing strategy to ensure the external talent pools are strong and highly engaged with our brand.
    • Create a differentiated candidate experience that reflects the Rapport culture and the value we have for our people.
    • Oversee the process of how candidates move through our applicant tracking system in a timely fashion.
    • Manage search processes from start (posting positions, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, making offers) to finish (new hire start date).
    • Schedule interviews with our Office Manager with sense of urgency. You are the candidate's point of contact from resume review to offer acceptance.
    • Use, iterate, and evolve a comprehensive set of best-practice processes, tools, checklists, and templates for recruiting and hiring.
    • Improve recruiting capabilities across the organization by creating a disciplined recruiting process, developing and delivering interview training, and being a true thought partner to hiring managers.
    • Build effective relationships with employees and business leaders and provide seamless transactional support.
    • Manage and implement special projects as assigned.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree and 6 years' experience in Biopharma or full circle biotech recruiting (Interview to onboarding)
    • At least 4 years of recruiting experience and a successful track record of delivering results
    • Experience sourcing, screening, and assessing candidate qualifications, from entry level to executive level
    • Strong external network and understanding of the external market and landscape and reacts to this with pace and agility and this flows through to the way the organization shows up and interacts with the business and the internal and external talent
    • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse is a plus
    • Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
    • Service and team orientation; excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Strong detail orientation
