Talent Digital Solutions in our HR Services and Digital Solutions Organization. This role is hosted within the
Corporate HR shared service team and is responsible for owning the product roadmap
for all talent management systems.
This role will partner closely with the
Functional Talent COE, Enterprise IT, HR Operations,
Business Excellence and Data Analytics team(s) to deliver an enhanced talent
experience.
This role will be responsible for gathering
business requirements, prioritizing initiatives, informing & influencing decisions
as the SME on product roadmap, as well as, executing on strategic programs. The
team’s products and services are designed to support Honeywell employee population.
This role will need to find the right balance between compliance, innovation, operational
efficiency, process/technology standardization, product rationalization, and
resource optimization.
As Director – Talent Digital Solutions,
you will provide strategic leadership to achieve business objectives and
provide leadership to a globally distributed team. You will be responsible for the
development of the digital roadmap for all talent systems, which in turn will enhance
the overall business value, enable talent transformation(s) and improve the customer
experience.
