The TA team recruits for all job roles except for providers, which drives a high volume of requisitions with high complexity. Seeks ways to make changes to process to increase efficiency/effectiveness or to improve customer service. /> />Partner with organizational leaders to stay abreast of workforce needs. Advises team and leaders of workforce trends and changes in market. /> />Analyzes recruiting and workforce data to guide decision making, aligning the goals of the TA team and organizational leaders. Defines key TA metrics to analyze trends. /> />Manage full life cycle recruiting for senior leader roles within the organization. /> />Maintains knowledge of employment law and regulations, as well as HR regulations of accrediting organizations. Ensures TA business processes are compliant with legal regulations and Erlanger policy. Maintains awareness of license/registry/certification standards required in EHS job descriptions. /> />Ensures the on-boarding process is operated efficiently to protect the organization from risk, and delivers a strong candidate experience. Develops relationships with vendor partners to ensure background screening and pre-placement health screenings are conducted consistently and effectively. Manages escalated customer service issues.
