About the Position:The Director of Talent Acquisition and Account Management is responsible for providing strategic leadership to a team of Recruiters and Account Managers. This includes maintaining professional customer/clinician relationships, supporting company objectives and leading efforts to develop and implement processes to ensure the team operates to their maximum potential.About Us:Epic Physician Staffing focuses on the placement of advanced practitioners and physicians in the Operating Room and Surgical Suite. What You'll Do:- Develop and implement strategic financial and operational plans to support corporate budget, revenue, and gross profit financial goals.
- Coach and manage a team to ensure each individual achieves performance objectives.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure the team operates in an efficient manner while ensuring accuracy, speed to market and strong client/clinician service and relationships.
- Analyze data and develop reports and dashboards to identify growth opportunities, areas of improvement and business trends within existing and potential clients.
- Work cross-departmentally with teams such as IT, Operations, Finance and Marketing to maximize productivity and performance.
- 5 years of experience in staffing and recruiting.
- At least one year of Leadership experience.
- Experience within a healthcare staffing firm.
- Front-line experience selling and managing client growth programs.
- Experience running clinician acquisition programs via social media, jobs sites, trade shows, etc.
- Experience running a CRM (Salesforce, etc.) and other structured recruiting/client technologies.
